My website
The CSS:

#blue_line {
	margin-left:-250px;
	position: relative;
	}

The html:

<div class="blue_line">
<img src="http://www.lisuncg.net/wp-content/uploads/images/blue_line.png" width="660px" height="6px" />
</div>

I'm trying to get the blue line to line up between the slideshow and the Featured Stories section below it. However, no matter how much I change the margins and padding, I cannot get the blue line to move. I've even placed it in different sections of the code with no luck. Any ideas?
