Can't get this section to move

My website
The CSS:

I'm trying to get the blue line to line up between the slideshow and the Featured Stories section below it. However, no matter how much I change the margins and padding, I cannot get the blue line to move. I've even placed it in different sections of the code with no luck. Any ideas?
