On Chrome and Firefox the retweet button is positioned correct:
but on ie9 it's like this:
On the plugin settings it's positioned float: right; i'm not entirely sure why it displays different on ie browser.

I'd probably position it absolute.
You may have to position one of it's parents relative to make it easier.
