Hi,
So I have a background image that I have repeating, it is just a blue box, there is nothing else. I'm doing this just to test to see what it looks like but when I place the code in, it gives me a lighter blue border around the image. When I edit the image in photoshop and I use the eyedropper tool there is no lighter color. Any thoughts?

You can clearly see the light edges when you look at the image on its own:

My guess is that you compressed it too harshly. Don't use a JPG if you are concerned about color accuracy or the presence of compression artifacts.
