I wanted to ask if anyone had any suggestions for my question?

I am a Flash Designer and most of my sites that are not live I want to add to my CSS Site. My site width is about 960 so that it shows fine on mobile. I have a couple flash sites I have done previously that are 1024 width which have XML loaded assets so resizing anything would damage the site layout.

Anyone have any ideas how I would add a swf into a narrow width site? Tried using a screen recorder, but they are pricy.

It's been a long time since I have looked into flash, can't you just specify the width and height in the tag.
