links don't work under drop down menu

Hi. Thanks for the help with my drop-down menu. I posted elsewhere that I was trying to switch from hard-coding it into each page to using an iframe to import it to the page and thought I had it working.

I only just noticed that the links in my breadcrumbs or my images do not work underneath where the drop-down menu has to go in order to be positioned properly on the page. I also can not see under it to edit in Dreamweaver.

Maybe I'm looking for something other than css help... just a little weary working on this.

CSS customization to a wordpress theme

Hello,

I'm creating a website using wordpress + Canvas theme, and I'm doing a lot of CSS customization in the menu area. Right now, I have two problems.

1. I can't center the main menu (Yoga, Music, Food, Body...) vertically over its background.

2. The CSS properties I applied work normally on Google Chrome, but on Firefox they don't. And I haven't seen how it is on IE.

Does anyone know what I should do to fix these problems?

Thanks so much in advance. I literally tried everything I could before asking your help. Any help is really really appreciated.

IE7 and below "display:table" layout

Hi all CSS Creators users,

As you already know, every element on a web page is a rectangular box. The display property in CSS determines just how that rectangular box behaves. If I use "display:table" there are chances a whole set of display values the force non-table elements to behave like table-elements are at our disposal, but it sometimes allows you to be "more semantic" with your code while utilizing the unique positioning powers of tables. So put in this way what I am asking to the forum is: How could I take care of legacy MS Internet Explorer compatiblity in this case?
