Internet Explorer 7 problem

Hello...

I have a big problem that only occurs in IE7. It's a menu that you can see in http://prueba.medicosdefamilia.cl. In all browsers the top menu works perfectly, but only in IE7, the submenus doesn't appear under the option that caused it to drop down.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,
