IE6 compatibility problems

Hi there,

I'm trying to finish off this site: www.acr-uk.com

but it's not working properly in IE6, the menu bar with the transparent png background is not transparent, the logo and menu bar do not line up even though they are both set to be 30px from the bottom and are the same height and the background image does not fill the screen.

It's fine in ie7 and ie8, any solutions for these problems?
