not bad at all, this site

not bad at all, this site does the intended job, however i do feel as though it maybe a good idea to add a custom logo, as well as a nice image slider of some sort with lots of nice pictures of the holiday home, just to attract potential customers.

can't really fault it otherwis

Thanks.

Thanks for informative comments.

Logo: I did toy with this one, but what to use!

On the downloadable booking form I use the image that appears on the homepage... but you are quite right, a simple one colour logo is definately required and we'll have to spend more time thinking on...

I also agree re: images. Customer did not like the scrollable scripted images that is the norm. I had it such that you'd click the image & up sprang a larger version, but the way it is now is how the custmer advocated. Not 'the best' I agree. (I may put 'surprise' them with something snazzier Wink )

Thanks again,

Andy

1. im happy it

1. im happy it validates!!

2. the code is not bad. good use of heading tags

3. I'm not too hip on the logo either.

4. the site has a boxy feel to it. I see boxes everywhere I look. Maybe you can tone them down a bit.

overall, good stuff!

First basic few steps in building a webpage
1. Gather and collect content.
2. Organize the content into meaningful semantic valid HTML
3. Design the prototype
4. Style using CSS
