I have been working on my first wordpress site and for the past two days i have had a problem figuring out why the text that i call using a PHP conditional doesn't stay contained in the div. I have posted on the Wordpress forums a bunch of times but no one has been able to solve this problem yet. here is the address to my blog:newbirddesign.com/blog, you will see in firefox, my first problem which is that the text flows out side of both wraps and into the background. Also in IE it does the same thing but it doesn't even create the space for the DIV container. Any Help would be much appreciated.

Clean up your issue with

Clean up your issue with malformed comments and see if they helps clear up the issue.

If not, then once they are gone, it'll be easier for us to figure out what the real cause is.

EDIT: the other thing you will want to do is use words of a normal size... unless you really plan on using words that are 300+ characters long. http://www.lipsum.com can help you generate fictitious content until you are ready for real content.
