I am creating a pretty basic website for an apartment complex and one of the requirements is that the client wants to be able to modify the information about the individual apartments (e.g. the rent and availability). There are a total of 40 apartments. Here is the website so far (only has the first page completed): http://www.infinetwebsolutions.com/meadows/
I have been reading a lot about Content Management Systems but I'm really not sure if that's what I need. They seem to require that the website be built using their templates. I've only really looked at Joomla! so far. I also don't think this requires a database to store these values. I'm thinking if it acted similar to a wiki where the client could edit any content on that page, that would be just fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make a page using my existing site design that would allow the client to modify these simple details? Thanks in advance!
