Sprite Nav Tutorial?

Hi can anyone offer a link to a sprite vertical nav tutorial, all ive found are horizontal ones but unable to convert this to suit my images??

What exactly are you talking about. CSS Sprites do not matter how they are laid out, as long as you position them properly with their x,y coordinates
