Weird Layout Problem

I am using Wordpress to create a site for wordpress themes for education and I am experiencing some strange layout issues. My site - educationthemes.co.uk - looks great in firefox, safari and opera but not in IE7. The main container on the homepage moves left and there is a gap between the page links and the green border. On all other pages this is fine even though it uses the same ID (#container). Any help would be appreciated.
