I've never asked for feedback comments on my web company's site, so I thought I'd throw it to the wolves to pick apart
. All feedback is greatly appreciated!

My £0.02 worth

On the images, you have a selection of boxes which highlight as you go through the pages right? I've noticed that they coincide with the menu but there's not much clue that there's a relationship between them. And I'm not too much of a fan of the hover effect on the text in the menu items. Do they boldify on hover? Not sure about that.
But aside from those minor things, it's a very nice site. Completely puts mine to shame
. I must confess, with all the links I went in search of a sitemap to get a better grasp of where to go for what but couldn't find one. I think it might be worth doing, particularly as you have 2 sets of horizontal menus on some pages.
Good work, very nice...

The text is quite small and unfortunately, doesn't stand up to resizing very well because of the fixed-height bg-images. The links in the footer don't look quite right being off centre.

I wouldn't know about text size increases. I'm using Internet Explorer and your using fixed font-size so I can't increase it

A certain percentage of your visitors, such as for example, oh, say -- me for instance, will be visually handicapped to a certain extent and therefore unable to read your teensy tiny fonts at all. Most of those will be older adults with a fair amount of money in their pockets who will very likely just leave your site never to return taking their money, and thus your potential revenue with them.
Now perhaps this is part of the site's business model, but as there are quite a lot of older folks browsing the web, it seems to be a rather strange business model that would go out of the way to drive them and their potential revenue away.
I suggest you have a read through this site, and then rethink your approach to web design.
I could change my plea to guilty,
but I don't think it would stick.

The logo could be refined some, looks kinda like handcuffs. The colors clash some red blue and orange type also the bright globe. The thin header font is a bit jagged. The menu rollovers don't look to crisp on my end.
I think it works well and it's put together well most things are sharp, but could use some tweaking.
Just my 2cents.
