According to the stickie in the Site Checks forum, there are some things you should do before asking for a site check. You can read that here: http://csscreator.com/node/11
However, I will give you some critique, but you should really, really validate all your code and css. 96 errors on your html...ouch!

- Not a big fan of the flash on the top. Doesn't really add anything. If you'd like to display some photos like that there is some really good css slideshow scripts out there that don't requre flash at all. You'd lose the floating animated text, but I don't think that would be a bad thing. Smiling
- Really don't like the marquee. That information would be better served, and probably be read more, if it was along the sidebar or something. I personally am not going to sit there and read the marquee.
- In your code, there are some curious things. Overuse of the &nbsp IMO. Some weird use of tags to create spaces.

Othr than that, the layout is pretty good and the use of colors is pelasing.
