Split from My website displays with Firefox browser, but not IE browser
Not all code has to be valid for a document to display.
Besides, I thought a moderator should know that constructive posts are usually appreciated a lot better than useless criticism...

No, but all code must be valid if you want help on this forum.
I'm not here to be appreciated, I'm here to help others do things the right way. My criticism in in no way useless. Why don't you take a little break and relax.
If rbradshaw wants more help he'll validate his code (which will most likely make it actually work) and we'll go from there.

I see three replies here of which I am wondering what the use is except for picking on others.
If the rules are not followed isn't it right to close the topic instead of whining about validation errors that shouldn't have been there?
I am trying to do nothing but helping others the way I like to be helped and I would like you not to interfere as long as I do follow the rules.

I split your little hissy fit out of the other thread as it did nothing to help.
If you want to complain about how we demand valid code before asking a questions then do it here in "site discussion" don't cry in someone else's thread.
Psychological projection?
You may want to find out what the rules are before claiming to follow them.
