Random Image Rotator

I'm a front end guy so this may be easy for someone to help me with. I need a random image rotator for a site I'm working on. It can be PHP or Javascript. I've found quite a few different examples but none really have a few features that I'm looking for.

I'm going to have a total of 10 images for the generator to pick from. I want to display 4 of them on the page at a time in list. My problem is I don't want any of the images to be duplicated in that list of 4 items.

I also would like to have the alt and title tag that is associated with each image be pulled in as well if that's possible.

I found this tutorial (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/betterrotator/) but it seems to only be for displaying 1 random image at a time and it doesn't really address the issue of avoiding duplicating my images. Thanks!
