Don't have flash installed so can't really see much. You are going to accommodate for those souls as well? What are the horizontal scrolling arrows for? Tested in FF2.
The video's pretty good quality and seems to stream reasonably well too.
I did notice though that after clicking on the horizontal scrolling arrows (and then back again) that when you then hover over the images, the elements that drop down from them become quite badly misaligned (in FF2).
