Hey guys
i saw the google ads on the main page.
As a webmaster i almost never click ads, because i "know" them.
I saw that yours look totally different though.
Can i ask how you guys did this, and if it is allowed by google ?
No need to worry, i'll report or something, i just really like it, and i'd like to use it on m own site!

Well all the clues should be in the markup and the stylesheet. the styling for the ads is placed right at the end of the styles.css file

What do you mean exactly by "allowed"? google themselves give guidance on styling AdSense to blend with forums so that they are not intrusive but also not misleading in that blending, so a bit of a gray area.
As for the javascript and further questions I think that you might like to address them to Tony the forum owner via a PM?

You need to be contacted by Google before you can use this method of JavaScript adds.
Please don't use the JavaScript file without permission as you wont get paid for the clicks.
