Just poking around in IE7 and noting how bad it *still* is, and I found this on MSDN:

I just can't believe that they a giant, powerful company like microsoft can't impliment a standard. Now we are going to have to support IE5+6 quirks AND IE7 quirks while implimenting for all the other standards-compliant browsers. It just makes me mad.
