In case that was aimed at anyone, not just Friendster members: only Friendster members are able to see your profile the way you've intended cos if you're not signed in, you just see a default layout.

Is there any way I could change ONLY the top main links such as HOME, MY PROFILE, MY FRIENDS, etc to a different color??.....coz the current white color makes the links to look kinda invisible!..

I'm not sure whether you're able to alter your HTML with Friendster. Or maybe you don't need to if the links in question already have an ID or class attached to them.
But basically to have links that do something else other than the default, you apply a class (or ID) to them and then in your CSS write a different style for them.
So, your default links would look like this:

<a href="/index.htm">HOME</a>
<a href="#">MY PROFILE</a>

and the CSS might look like this:

a {
text-decoration: none;
font-weight: bold;
color: black;
}
a:visited { color: blue; }
a:hover { color: red; }

To change that for another set of links, you'd do something like this:

<a class="mylinks" href="/index.htm">HOME</a>
<a class="mylinks" href="#">MY PROFILE</a>

and the CSS might look like this:

a.mylinks {
text-decoration: none;
font-weight: bold;
color: green;
}
a.mylinks:visited { color: purple; }
a.mylinks:hover { color: orange; }

If the links in question already have a class attached to them, you need to find out what that is and replace mylinks with that name. If they don't have one, you need to be able to create one. Alternatively, they might be contained in an element and can be targetted that way, e.g.:

<div id="header">
<a class="mylinks" href="/index.htm">HOME</a>
<a class="mylinks" href="#">MY PROFILE</a>
</div>

and the CSS might look like this:

#header a {
text-decoration: none;
font-weight: bold;
color: green;
}
#header a:visited { color: purple; }
#header a:hover { color: orange; }

How to get help
Post a link. If you can't post a link, jsFiddle it.

Look at the source code of your Friendster pages (the HTML).

Search for the menu items; they should be wrapped in a container, something like "#navigation" or something similar.

Then, in the CSS (the bit you can edit), find or create a new rule for the menu, and follow the instructions for adding a background at the top of the forum Laughing out loud

Honestly, I don't like tiled

Honestly, I don't like tiled backgrounds. It is better to make some custom picture.
